Organize PDF pages online
Rearrange the pages of a PDF and remove the ones you do not want. Add your file and every page appears as a thumbnail — move them into the order you need, drop the blanks and duplicates, then download the result.
Your file never leaves your device. The pages are drawn and rebuilt entirely in your browser, so nothing is uploaded, stored, or scanned.
Pages are copied across rather than re-created, which means the text stays selectable, images keep every pixel, and a page you did not touch comes out exactly as it went in.
or drop them here — nothing is uploaded
How to organize pdf
Add your PDF
Drop one PDF into the box, or click to browse. Every page is drawn as a thumbnail so you can see what you are working with.
Move and remove pages
Use the arrows on a page to move it earlier or later, and the ✕ to take it out. Removed pages are listed underneath, so a page dropped by mistake can be put straight back.
Rebuild and download
Press Organize PDF. The new document is assembled in the order shown, containing only the pages you kept.
Frequently asked questions
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The page thumbnails are drawn in your browser and the new PDF is assembled there too, so the file stays on your device. You can confirm this by opening your browser devtools Network tab while working — there are no upload requests.
Does rearranging pages reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied from the original document rather than re-created, so nothing is re-encoded at any point. Text stays selectable and searchable, images keep their original resolution, and links inside a page keep working. The only pages that change are the ones you deliberately removed.
Can I delete pages and reorder them at the same time?
Yes, and it is the same operation. The tool rebuilds your document from the pages you kept, in the order you left them, so removing page 4 and moving page 7 to the front happens in a single pass.
I removed the wrong page. Can I get it back?
Yes. Removed pages appear in a list under the thumbnails with a Restore button on each, and nothing is actually changed until you press Organize PDF. Your original file is never modified either way — you always get a new document to download.
Why are the thumbnails a little blurry?
They are drawn small on purpose. A preview only needs to be good enough to recognise a page, and rendering every page at full resolution would be slow on a long document and heavy on memory, especially on a phone. The pages in your finished PDF are untouched originals, not these previews.
How many pages can it handle?
That depends on your device rather than on any limit we set, since everything happens in your browser. A few hundred pages is comfortable on a desktop. On a phone, a very long document may be slow to draw thumbnails for — splitting it first is usually quicker.
Can I combine this with another document?
Not here — this tool works within a single file. To bring two documents together, merge them first and then organise the combined result, which also lets you interleave the pages of both in any order you like.
Can I organise a password-protected PDF?
Not directly. A PDF with an open password has to be unlocked first, using a password you know. Once unlocked, it organises like any other file.
