The best way to reach PDFCasa is email: contact@pdfcasa.com. Bug reports, tool requests, questions about privacy or terms — all of it goes to the same place, and one person reads every message. You will usually get a reply within a few days.

Reporting a problem

A useful bug report answers three questions:

• Which tool were you using, and what did you do?
• What did you expect, and what happened instead?
• What browser and device are you on?

One thing to know: because the tools run entirely in your browser, we never see your files — so we cannot look up what went wrong on our side, and there is no log to check. A description of the file (its type, rough size, and page count) is usually enough to reproduce the problem. Please do not attach anything sensitive; if a file is private, describe it instead.

Requesting a tool

If the job you needed is not covered, say what you were trying to do — new tools are prioritised largely by what people ask for.
